(Please note: If you happen to be viewing this 1967 GMC C10 pickup on a website other than our Garage Kept Motors site, it's possible that you've only seen some of our many photographs of the truck due to third-party website limitations. To be sure you access all the more than 135 photographs, as well as a short start-up and walk-around video, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.)
While the more than 135 high-definition photographs and the short walk-around-and-startup video available on the GarageKeptMotors website showcase this '67 GMC C10 pickup in detail from every angle, including from below, we expect and encourage in-person inspections at our Grand Rapids, Michigan showroom. Please call to arrange an appointment in advance as our showroom is not open to the public. And feel free to get in touch anytime by phone or email if you have questions.
Offered here is a professionally restored and respectfully upgraded '67 GMC short-bed pickup in black over gray. Showing 70,864 miles on its odometer, the truck has traveled fewer than 1,350 miles per-year on average.
The pickup has been treated to a professional re-spray in black. The quality of the paintwork on the body-including the front fender tops in the engine bay-is exceptional. The finish is perfect and captures the light in an appealing fashion. (Be sure to see the close-up photos of the paintwork in the gallery.) The cargo bed has been completely restored to the same high standard as the rest of the truck. Chrome finishes on the front grille and bumper, headlight surrounds, side mirrors, door handles, and rear bumper are free of damage and shine brightly. Body-side chrome trim includes a handsome thin, red accent stripe. Cabin glass and lighting lenses are clear and un-cracked. All badging, with the exception of the "GMC" grille-bar letters, has been removed. (Tailgate lettering has been removed as well.) The truck has been lowered. Perfect-condition Ridler® split-spoke chrome wheels are mounted with blackwall performance tires.
(Trivia question: What was unique to the GMCs versus all other pickups in the day? Answer follows.)
Inside, door trim and carpeting have all been refreshed in gray. Embroidered-GMC-logo carpet mats are in place. Seat upholstery on the TMI® buckets is gray leather with red deviated stitching for an understated custom statement echoing the truck's exterior-trim stripe. The same upholstery covers the combination armrest-storage box (with cupholders up front) between the front seats. The body-color-painted dash brings the handsome exterior color into the cabin. Stock, perfect-condition instrumentation (note the unfaded fluorescent gauge needles) is driver-focused, and the factory radio remains mounted. The stock black steering wheel, with GMC identification on its chrome center, is mounted; the automatic-transmission shifter is column-mounted. Slide-lever controls operate the heat, ventilation, and air-conditioning. The truck features crank-up side windows and push-pull vent glass set in perfect-condition gray door trim. Throughout the cab, the surface finishes are all in pristine, damage-free condition.
Under the hood, a perfectly clean and tidy engine bay provides more evidence of the attention to detail paid during the restoration. The freshly rebuilt, numbers-matching, 283 cubic-inch Chevy V8 is the center of attention beneath its Chevrolet-embossed chrome air-cleaner and forged, finned valve covers. Wiring and coolant hoses are properly routed. Every surface in the engine bay is spotless. Viewed from below, the truck's chassis shows not even a hint of rust or grime, and absolutely no damage. Here again, finishes on all components are spotless. Properly routed dual exhausts with rear-side exits are a focal point. There is no rust.
While the more than 135 high-definition photographs and the short walk-around-and-startup video available on the GarageKeptMotors website showcase this eye-catching GMC C10 in detail from every angle, including from below, we expect and encourage in-person inspections at our Grand Rapids, Michigan showroom. Please call to arrange an appointment in advance as our showroom is not open to the public. And feel free to get in touch anytime by phone or email if you have questions.
GMC likely built it as a work truck, but this C10 is now a standout car-show-and-weekend-drive attention-grabber. No longer relegated to hauling supplies to a job site, fully restored and performance-upgraded, this C10's current-day duties will be to impress onlookers and transport its proud new owner in style. (And that trivia answer? Only the GMCs had quad headlights.)

    About Garage Kept Motors
Garage Kept Motors, LLC specializes in classic and specialty online auto sales.
For our consignors, we are the only auto brokers that offer a Transparent Sale Disclosure. This means, when a car sells, we provide an exact copy of the Bill of Sale. We do this so our clients know exactly who bought their car, where it went, and most importantly how much we sold it for. No funny business.
For our buyers, our vehicles are listed on the Internet, with over 100 photos, including undercarriage pictures, and walk-around videos of the vehicles running plus a narrative-style write-up of the cars history and features. Our international exposure allows us to sell cars across the globe, and we sell a majority of them out of state and overseas. We deliver honesty and consistency in our photos and descriptions, a “no surprise” approach, so buyers, both near and far, can invest with confidence sight unseen. We are not a gallery. Vehicles can be seen locally by appointment as potential buyers are given our undivided attention.
