Condition: I do not know what this is. The box had 2 small chains on the inside to hold the lid up when in use and those chains are gone with just a small remnant remaining. It is dirty from years of use. Many of the papers appear to have gotten battery acid on them and they are disintegrating. 2 of the gauges have lens problems. This unit definitely does not work because half of the plastic insulation has cracked and fallen off due to age. Read the description and see the pictures for additional condition information.
