731B Fluke Standard
The 731B is a  Voltage Standard. Engineers use direct current (DC) voltage standards to calibrate, standardize, normalize, and monitor drift, verify linearity, and establish regulation in electronic equipment. Standards are important during electronics compliance testing. Phase angle standards are ideal for calibrating many different electronics, including power analyzers, vector voltmeters, phase meters, phase sensitive instruments, and resolvers.

Isolation: Output may be floated up to 500V dc between chassis ground and guard

The Fluke 731B DC Reference Standard is a versatile instrument providing stability, while utilizing the excellent performance capabilities of solid-state technology. The instrument furnishes a wide variety of prevision voltages with switched output ranges including 1.0, 1.018 + ΔE, 10.0, and ΔE volts.
ΔE provides a variable output of 0 to 999 µV which is either added to the voltage of a standard cell transfer or may be used directly as a low-level, stable direct voltage source.
The unit was run on battery and 115 volt line. Both 1 volt and 10 volt output tested OK.
