A flat surface on pine cones makes them easier to attach to the surface of your craft.  That was the original idea for this listing, to provide a craft supply to you that more readily displays the beauty of pine cones.
But after slicing a few of these pine cones and looking at the result, I discovered a whole new side to pine cones, the 'inside'.  Now you will have to decide if you want to display the outer beauty or inner beauty of these pine cones.  To help with that decision, I offer pine cone halves (one cut on one side) and pine cone slices (two cuts, one on each side). I also offer pine cone bottoms and pine cone cross sections.
Pine cones halves, slices and bottoms are offered in three sizes for this listing. Quantity and pricing varies with each selection:
Regular halves, slices & bottoms - this size is about 1 1/2" - 2" tall and about 1 1/2" diameter.  The quantity provided is ten.
Large halves, slices & bottoms - this size is about 2 1/2" - 4" tall and about 2 1/2" diameter.  The quantity provided is five.
X-large size halves, slices & bottoms - this size is 5 1/2" -7" tall and about 4" in diameter.  The quantity provided is two.
Cross sections (one size only) - the size is 3/4" - 1 1/4" in diameter, and about 1/4" to 1/2" thick.
Shipping is USPS First Class Parcel and is .50 for order quantities of one, .50 each order for the order quantities greater than one.

Cutting and slicing pine cones is not an easy thing to do safely.  I don't advise doing it yourself.
