    I am building top quality UL backpacking gear under the name UL Hiker / JimmyTarps. Ultra Lite Cascade Rain Kilt Skirt. This one fits 32"-40" waist. Made out of 1.1 oz Sil Poly PU2000 rated in a bright Lime Green color. Pull on style with Cinch tight shock cord with cord lock. Skirt length is 27" from the waist to bottom hem. Sewn on stuff sack works as a pocket. Waterproof rain skirt has 1 seam to be completely waterproof the seam should be seam sealed. The weight is only 1 3/4 oz.
