Exquisite Vintage 1930's Girls French Net Dress. Round neckline with double netting around the neck and shoulders with a small frill, inside the double netting are a mix of motifs all around the collar, see photos for details. A
wonderful full frilly skirt with a s
light drop waist with rows and rows of net.  Slips over the head.
