VTG Me and Ro Girls Dress w/Hat Set ~ Tagged Size 4 ~ Lined ~ Measurements ~ EXC

Beautifully well-made and in excellent condition this vintage
special dress and hat is from "Me and Ro"
(Designos Infantiles). Dress is a tie-back style and is fully lined from bodice down with white cotton and tulle. It is black polka dotted with off-white background and trimmed in red. Dress has double rounded collar. The tag (see picture #5) shows size 4. As it was made outside of the USA, please review measurements below. There is not much give in the bodice. As it is tie-back style....it can be "cinched" up a bit. The balance of the dress is very generous. Two button back closure. Cap sleeves. The hat is matching material with elastic strap.

Hat Inside Head Measurements:
6 1/2 inches wide x 7 inches long x 4 inches depth
